IOP Includes:
6-8 weeks of treatment | 3 days a week | 3 hours per day
This option works with your schedule, Monday through Friday

What is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder?
Not everyone experiences OCD in the same way. While some may be distressed with ruminating intrusive thoughts that cycle repeatedly, others may feel obligated to complete routines or rituals (before, during, or after tasks), or obsess over cleanliness regarding germs and sanitization. Some may have a combination of all these symptoms.
Clear’s expertise is finding the root of OCD and isolating the type of OCD (such as contamination and cleanliness, checking, repeating, cycling patterns, obsessing over harmful and sexual thoughts, or avoiding situations, people, or other stimulants that produce obsessions).
Once we have learned about you, we will develop your individualized treatment plan. You do not have to live with the impairment that obsessive-compulsive disorder has on your life. Treatment can be life-changing as it can reduce the intensity of the obsessions and compulsions. The road toward recovery, repair, and reward is possible. Clear will support you in making that a reality.

Types of OCD
Empathic treatment starts with an appropriate diagnosis. Our clinicians have years of training and experience to support others like you with obsessive-compulsive disorders and identify the root cause. Types of OCD include:
- Counting, Contamination, and Checking: You may feel obligated to count before engaging in responsibilities or counting items. You may be obsessed with cleaning items, environments, or your house. Have fears regarding sickness. You may check your pockets, behind doors, locks, or light switches.
- Repeating and Rituals: You may repeat behaviors and have a feeling of commitment to repeatedly engage in a routine no matter the day.
- Harmful or Sexual Thoughts: You may experience harmful or sexual thoughts about a loved one, a child, an animal, or someone else. The intrusive thoughts may produce significant distress, which may cause you to avoid them.
- Hoarding and Collecting Behavior: You may collect items that are personal or items with no value. Spaces may be overcrowded and overflowing with things you have hoarded.
You might experience OCD with other mental conditions such as depression, generalized anxiety, and ADHD. Clear can help develop a program that serves all your unique individual needs and mental experiences.
If the struggle of living with OCD has led you to manage symptoms by engaging in substance use behaviors, we can support you toward sobriety as well. At our residential and outpatient programs, we provide dual diagnosis treatment to treat underlying OCD symptoms and the substance usage that is hindering your quality of life.
