    Full Continuum of Care

    Simple Process

    Step One

Finding the right level of mental healthcare can be difficult, especially when you’re already navigating the trials of mental health or substance abuse.

At Clear, we make it simple. When you contact our team, we will assess your mental health history and guide you toward an appropriate level of care.

Between our virtual programs, intensive outpatient services, and inpatient rehab and residential detox programs, Clear has a place for you.

    Seamless Transition

    Step Two

We believe that as your mental health evolves, so should your treatment.

That’s why we facilitate seamless transitions from one level of care to the next; our clinical team collaborates across all our services to ensure your treatment plans are cohesive and customized.

No matter your mental health or addiction treatment needs, we’re dedicated to upholding clinical excellence at every stage of your healing.

    Easy Reintegration

    Step Three

At Clear, we help you gain independence as you progress through the full continuum of care. If you complete treatment in a residential environment that offers 24/7 supervision, we will assist you in transitioning to a partial hospitalization program that provides 30 hours/week of clinical support.

From there, we offer intensive outpatient programs that provide 9-15 hours/week of support. By slowly reducing your time commitment to treatment, we ensure that you are fully prepared to reintegrate into your daily life after leaving our care.

    In-Network Treatment Programs

We provide a safe space to treat mental health conditions and substance abuse disorders at an individualized level. We proudly offer these programs in-network with most insurance providers within California. Click the links to learn out more about our services.

    Evidence-Based Treatment

For the past three decades, our expert team of mental health practitioners has specialized in using the latest, evidence-based treatment modalities to uncover mental health disorders, manage corresponding symptoms, and facilitate long-term healing.

    Individual Therapy

Our therapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and other evidence-based modalities to help you uncover, and mend, the root of your mental health problems.

    Group Therapy

Evidence shows that healing happens most thoroughly when done in community. In group therapy, you will dive deep into your behaviors, find community in your condition and build fundamental life skills with your peers.

    Clinical Assessment

Before joining our outpatient services, you will receive a free consultation with a clinician. In a brief, casual conversation, we will identify your key mental health and addiction treatment needs and guide you toward an outpatient program that is best suited to meeting your wellness goals.

    Drug Screening

Our team of physicians and nurse practitioners provides regular drug screenings and medication management, facilitating your inner peace and allowing you to participate fully in your own healing.

    Alumni Program

After graduating from our services, you have the option to participate in an alumni group where you and your peers will support one another and hold each other accountable for long-term goals.

    Family Services

When someone struggles with mental health or addiction, it impacts the whole family. In family therapy sessions, we will help you repair any damaged bonds and encourage family members to support you during and after treatment.

The multi-pronged approach; the counselors, individual therapy, nutrition, sympathetic/empathetic counselors of each group session shifted my brain paths. You are never finished there, even when you “graduate”, they hold alumni group sessions when you feel you need it. I have nothing but gratitude for their program.

Clear Behavioral Health is my second family that I never knew I had that supported me and continues to passionately support the sober community. The therapists, counselors and group facilitators have been amazing in helping me have a voice, loving myself again, and seeing the world in a new light. I am eternally grateful.

From the get go, the staff made me feel welcome and were all very friendly. My therapist and case manager were also very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I found that the somatic therapy was the most valuable for me, the therapist who ran those groups was great. My biggest takeaway from treatment was to take the time to pause, not be afraid to ask for help, and not worry about things in the moment. If you are looking for meaningful change and being part of a new and supportive community, then Clear Behavioral Health is the right fit.

Overall I loved the experience and did not want to leave. The staff was very helpful and motivated me to stay even when I felt like running away. I also built meaningful connections with my therapist and case manager who gave me a lot of useful advice and are still supporting me today. Since leaving, my family and sponsor have noticed a big difference, and I could not recommend a more supportive environment for addiction and mental health treatment, Clear saved my life.
