Our online program offers the same wide range of evidence-based methods as our in-person programs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), somatic experiencing, experiential therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and more.
Typically, treatment includes clients attending virtual therapy for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week for 8 to 12 weeks.
Group and individual therapy sessions are facilitated through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software, and scheduling is simple with convenient links accessible through our patient portal.

How to Get Started
We understand it can feel really overwhelming to navigate your mental health treatment options when it comes to getting help. We want you to know you are not alone and support is only a phone call away.
Step 1 – Call Us

Step 2 – Verify Coverage
After speaking with our admissions team, they will walk you through your insurance coverage options and get your treatment verified right away, so you can get access to treatment instantly.
Step 3 – Book Assessment
Book a brief, complimentary assessment with our clinical team to determine your needs and personalize the treatment plan. Following your assessment, you will receive an intake date, usually within one to three days to begin treatment.
Step 4 – Meet Your Team
Get introduced to the counselors, therapists, case workers and group leaders who you will work with each day. You can ask questions, discuss your treatment and get to know your care team for peace of mind knowing you are in great hands.

How much is online therapy?
The cost of online therapy varies widely. At Clear, we offer our virtual mental health treatment is in-network with most insurance providers. So you can have peace of mind knowing your treatment is covered, and you can focus on the most important thing, your healing.
What days and times is virtual IOP offered?
At Clear, we’re proud to offer daytime and evening programs for our virtual IOP clients to make prioritizing your mental health as easy as possible.
Our daytime virtual program includes 2 hours of synchronous programming on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, plus one additional hour each day that can be completed asynchronously (at your leisure!).
Our evening virtual program includes 2 hours of synchronous programming on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional hour each day that can be completed asynchronously.
What if I’m a full-time student or employee?
Our daytime and evening tracks, coupled with the convenience of virtual care, offer the highest level of scheduling flexibility.
If you need extra time and space to focus on your well-being, our care team can guide you through your options for taking a paid or unpaid mental health leave of absence from work. Not to mention, we will handle all of the paperwork.
How does virtual IOP work?
Virtual IOP offers the same wide range of evidence-based modalities as our in-person programs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), somatic experiencing, experiential therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and more.
For the program, each client receives personalized support from an individual therapist to gain insight into the root cause of their mental health symptoms.
In group sessions, clients create meaningful and supportive bonds with others on the healing journey. Ultimately, the program helps clients build and strengthen the skills and coping strategies necessary to face and overcome triggers once they return to daily life.
Is therapy and an outpatient program the same thing?
