Matt Baker serves as Program Director of Clear Behavioral Health’s Santa Clarita Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program, where he leads with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, operational integrity, and client-centered care. He brings extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents facing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders across residential and outpatient levels of care.
Matt is known for integrating clinical insight with operational leadership, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered consistently and effectively. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support strong client outcomes, fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful, measurable progress for clients.

Outside of his professional role, Matt enjoys endurance sports, including both marathon and ultramarathon running, and values spending time with his fiancée and family.
