Abigail Bonar, AMFT
Biography
Abigail is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who enjoys working with teens and their families.
Prior to entering the counseling profession, Abigail taught and directed at a private preschool for ten years. In this role, Abigail supported dozens of children and families facing a complexity of challenges. Abigail additionally worked with teens in private practice for two years before joining Clear. There, she gained experience in a variety of clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, anger, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics.
Using a holistic approach, Abigail helps her clients regulate emotions, navigate the stressors of life, cultivate healthier relationships, and live more authentically.
Abigail enjoys partnering with a diverse group of clients from all walks of life, and she meets each client right where they are. In the counseling room, Abigail creates a genuine and compassionate space for her clients to unpack their burdens and embark on a transformational journey.
