A Clear Path to Mental Health Services and Addiction Treatment

Welcome to Clear Behavioral Health.  Our mission is simple— to help those struggling with mental health and addiction live healthy and purposeful lives. Our unique story started with a vision to make clinically excellent, highly individualized mental health services accessible to all.

Where We Started

Our journey began in 2015 with a Clear and ambitious vision: to revolutionize mental health services by providing high quality, in-network mental health and substance abuse programs across the South Bay of Los Angeles.

At the time, locals seeking mental health care were faced with a challenge; they either could pursue in-network programs that provided traditional, standardized care, or they could pay out-of-pocket prices for individualized services. At Clear Behavioral Health, we wanted to bridge that gap.

A Brand New Approach

In May 2015, we opened our first location in Redondo Beach where we offered in-network and personalized mental health treatment to adults and teens suffering with addiction and mental health issues.

From those early days, we have expanded our reach, now operating thirteen locations across Los Angeles and an online IOP program that serves people all across California. In addition to mental health services, we offer substance abuse treatment, taking a holistic — or mental wellness-centered — approach to helping those in recovery.


We are proud to say that our residential and outpatient treatment programs are in-network with most insurance plans and meet the highest clinical standards.

Building community

From the beginning, we have aimed to provide mental health awareness to not only individuals but also the greater community.

For years, we have volunteered in local schools, where our clinicians facilitate group sessions, perform psychiatric evaluations, and educate students and staff about mental health for teens.

Additionally, we regularly attend local health fairs, businesses and unions to spread awareness about, and destigmatize, mental illness. Whether through partnerships with local schools or volunteer initiatives, we strive to make a meaningful impact beyond our walls.
