What to Expect with PHP and IOP for ADHD
When you start at the PHP level, after successful treatment, you will transition to the IOP treatment program. As you find success in IOP, you will then graduate from the program and join our amazing alumni network of support and guidance from others within the community. In each program, you will work with a case manager, an individual therapist, a group therapist, and a holistic practitioner who will develop the perfect treatment schedule to heal your symptoms related to ADHD. These programs include:
Individual Therapy
Our therapists will determine which type of therapy is best for you, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, somatic therapy, and gestalt therapy.
