Whether you’re stepping down from residential care or beginning outpatient treatment, we provide the tools and support you need to heal mind, body, and spirit.

Personalized Assessment & Treatment Plan

Start with a thorough evaluation to determine whether PHP or IOP best fits your needs. From there, we create a customized plan with clear goals to guide your recovery.

Structured Program

PHP is 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. IOP is 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. Both focus on coping skills, therapy, and relapse prevention.

Individual Therapy

Work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to explore triggers, develop coping strategies, and address underlying mental health conditions connected to your addiction.

Group Therapy & Peer Support

Engage in daily group sessions to build a supportive recovery network while practicing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, mindfulness, and relapse prevention techniques.

Holistic Treatment

Restore balance through yoga, meditation, sound baths, and other mind-body therapies integrated into your daily schedule.

Ongoing Support & Aftercare

Continue your recovery after treatment with alumni programs, case management, relapse prevention education, and optional support for medical leave or disability documentation, ensuring long-term success.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the first step toward getting treatment for alcohol addiction?

Your treatment program will determine whether it is possible for you to continue attending school or work while receiving treatment. We’ll shape a program that focuses first and foremost on your health, then on helping you fulfill your commitments while receiving treatment.

Our treatment plans are customized to your treatment needs, and our intake process includes a thorough assessment of your symptoms to place you in the level of care that makes the most sense to support you at every step of this journey.

Our programs offer Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) to Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) in inpatient, outpatient, and virtual settings for both adults and teens. That way, you can have peace of mind knowing you are getting the right care, made for you.

Which addiction treatment program do I need?

The addiction treatment program you need is determined by your current mental and physical health. We will conduct an initial assessment with you to determine the severity of your symptoms and work with you to create a custom treatment plan to support and help you heal.

Do you conduct drug testing?

We do conduct routine drug and alcohol testing at Clear Behavioral Health. Our comprehensive treatment plans use a well-rounded approach to create the highest potential for success and sobriety.

Does your program include therapy?

Yes, as addiction often comes with underlying mental health issues, we offer our programs with multimodal therapy sessions to help you heal your mind, soul, and body. We provide psychiatry, traditional therapy such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and group therapy to create a community in healing, relapse prevention, and holistic care such as yoga, meditation, and more.
