Your ADHD Resource

Dealing with ADHD can be challenging. When you do not receive adequate care, ADHD can be disruptive, provoke impulsive behavior, and compromises your attention, often resulting in feelings of shame and inadequacy. At Clear Behavioral Health, we have created personalized treatment programs to assist managing your ADHD symptoms and rebuild your sense of self-worth. You will team with an ADHD therapist to gain focus, introspection, and stability in your daily life.

ADHD Treatments at Clear Behavioral Health

We treat ADHD with both our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our programs are in-network with most insurance providers, making coverage accessible and supportive for you.

Our outpatient treatment programs are offered in Los Angeles and Redondo Beach. Our online IOP option for ADHD treatment is a great choice to support convenient treatment by providing comfort and accessibility from the comfort of your device anywhere in California. We also offer residential treatment in the South Bay of Los Angeles if you would benefit from more immersive care.

Our programs are specialized to support both adults and ADHD in teens and customized to support your individual needs.

If you are seeking a less structured type of treatment, we collaborate with you to determine if our individual therapy and psychiatric medication management options, available through our partner program Neuro Wellness Spa, better suit your clinical needs.

Initial Assessment

When you join our treatment program, our clinical team will provide you with an in-depth assessment of your ADHD to determine the level of care appropriate in addressing your clinical needs.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our PHP and IOP programs were developed with the full continuum of care in mind. Both programs provide individual therapy, group therapy, holistic therapies, and case management sessions.

Our programs are proven to help you understand your ADHD, how to manage it, and develop a network of connection and community amongst individuals experiencing ADHD symptoms.

What to Expect with PHP and IOP for ADHD

When you start at the PHP level, after successful treatment, you will transition to the IOP treatment program. As you find success in IOP, you will then graduate from the program and join our amazing alumni network of support and guidance from others within the community. In each program, you will work with a case manager, an individual therapist, a group therapist, and a holistic practitioner who will develop the perfect treatment schedule to heal your symptoms related to ADHD. These programs include:

Individual Therapy

Your individual therapy sessions will be once a week. The focus will address your ADHD symptoms, manage the behaviors associated with ADHD, learn about the condition, gain long-lasting therapeutic tools, and explore how ADHD personally affects you.

Our therapists will determine which type of therapy is best for you, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, somatic therapy, and gestalt therapy.

Medication Management

Our therapists and psychiatrists help you identify whether medication is a good fit and if so, what ADHD medication regimen, such as stimulants or cognition-enhancing medication, will best support your needs and symptoms.

Case Management

Meeting with your case manager once a week will help you build your life skills, work through behavioral patterns associated with ADHD, and learn how to constructively live with ADHD in your daily life.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions allow you to build new relationships with those who are also experiencing similar experiences associated with ADHD, and other similar conditions.

We believe in the power of peer support and holding space for others to express their feelings in a safe and nurturing environment. These group sessions also focus on life skills, process experiences, discussing challenges, and learning coping strategies to manage ADHD symptoms while receiving support from the group.

Holistic Groups

You will attend our daily holistic healing groups as well, which nurture a connection between your mind and body. Holistic group sessions include yoga, meditation, nutrition counseling, sound baths and more.

The multi-pronged approach; the counselors, individual therapy, nutrition, sympathetic/empathetic counselors of each group session shifted my brain paths. You are never finished there, even when you “graduate”, they hold alumni group sessions when you feel you need it. I have nothing but gratitude for their program.

Clear Behavioral Health is my second family that I never knew I had that supported me and continues to passionately support the sober community. The therapists, counselors and group facilitators have been amazing in helping me have a voice, loving myself again, and seeing the world in a new light. I am eternally grateful.

From the get go, the staff made me feel welcome and were all very friendly. My therapist and case manager were also very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I found that the somatic therapy was the most valuable for me, the therapist who ran those groups was great. My biggest takeaway from treatment was to take the time to pause, not be afraid to ask for help, and not worry about things in the moment. If you are looking for meaningful change and being part of a new and supportive community, then Clear Behavioral Health is the right fit.

Overall I loved the experience and did not want to leave. The staff was very helpful and motivated me to stay even when I felt like running away. I also built meaningful connections with my therapist and case manager who gave me a lot of useful advice and are still supporting me today. Since leaving, my family and sponsor have noticed a big difference, and I could not recommend a more supportive environment for addiction and mental health treatment, Clear saved my life.
