Biography
Nessa Lee Esparza is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and has a passion for working for teens and young adults. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UC Santa Cruz, followed by a master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling at Cal State Fresno.
Her experiences include providing therapeutic services with teens, young adults, and families in outpatient settings. Nessa Esparza believes in eclectic therapy, which is an approach that draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques that is flexible and multifaced to address each patient’s needs. She also values and utilizes humanistic and person centered practices in order to support and guide patient’s through processing and managing their mental health challenges.
